How to Resubmit Your Order

Follow these simple steps to resubmit your order quickly and easily.

Step 1: Log in to Your Account:

First, you need to log in to your account.
If you don’t have an account, create one before proceeding.

Login to Account

Step 2: Go to "Place Order":

After logging in, click on the "Place Order" option.

Order History

Step 3: Activation Plan Options (Choose Any One):

From the list, choose the activation that has either failed or been rejected.

Resubmit Order

Step 4: Enter Borneo Schematics Credentials:

Provide your Borneo Schematics Username and Password.
This step is necessary to process the order correctly.

Confirm Order Details

Step 5: Click on "Place Order" Button:

After entering all the required details, click on the "Place Order" button

Order Confirmation

Step 6: Check Server Order History:

Once the order is placed, go to the View Server Order History section.
Here, you can verify if your order is successfully submitted and is showing in the history.
